After creating your account, you can build out your profile, showcase your education, experience, and connect with peers or other members of the community. Profiles are easy ways to personalise your Untappedme experience, grow your professional network, and collaborate with others when building your capability. Invite your friends to Untappedme and connect with them to use our built-in messaging system. Start conversation, exchange ideas, and track each other's journey.

You can now search for your friends or peers and connect with them. You can also send your connections direct messages. Once your account is setup, you can use the search bar to find a friend and send them a connection request. Connections are peers that you can share your development journey with, from digital badges to messaging. The messaging system spans direct messages as well group chats and active support tickets. Whether you'd like guidance on where to progress next or simply want to share the development journey with someone, messaging and connections are a core part of your Untappedme journey.

You can now select a SFIA skill and complete a self-assessment to indicate which level of responsibility you align with. To learn more about the SFIA framework, read our Help & Support documentation. SFIA Self-Assessments are crucial to your learning and development journey throughout Untappedme. For nearly all users, self-assessments are the first touchpoint is identifying your competencies such as strengths and weaknesses. Self-assessment data cumulates across your dashboard to display trends in real-time. You can use the composition metrics to understand which categories are outperforming others (e.g., Strategy and Architecture), or you can find new skills that you haven't explored yet.

You can now invite peers, colleagues, and connections to review your SFIA Self-Assessment. After completing a self-assessment, get a peer to review your responses and provide feedback on any misalignments. Peer Reviews are a great way to identify mismatches and strengthen your skills and competencies. Simply navigate to a SFIA skill you'd like to test and share a Peer Review with a connection. They'll receive a notification in their inbox inviting them to evaluate your responses.

You can now take the Untappedme Compass tool to find which workstyles align with your preferences. Whether it's being a Creative and Conceptual Thinker or it's Analytical and Insight Explorer, each alignment reveals workstyle insights that support your best performance. The Untappedme Compass tool is built on the foundations of RIASEC and involves a questionnaire (30+ questions) that outputs 6 diverse workstyle focus domains. Each domain is ranked according to it's alignment strength. From training courses on the Learning Centre to collaborative play on the Game Centre, there are endless ways to earn badges for your digital wallet. Each badge is attached to learning outcomes and achievements, with some badges even signifying SFIA competencies and certification. Compare badges with your friends and connections, and work together to unlock more credentials and build your capability.

You can read insight articles and news publications, created by Untapped and creators. Insight articles span thought leadership to evidence-based research and explore a broad range of topics. Inside the Insight Articles and News page you will find a library of content across trending, featured, and new releases. Each article is tagged by duration and relevance to your interests and skills. Note: Organisations that would like to publish articles to the publicly accessible library can use the "Document Creator".

You can now play games (experiential learning) using the Game Centre and your Untappedme account. The Game Centre introduces interactive Team Enablement session that combine collaboration, problem-solving, and connection. The Game Centre is designed for organisations and teams to co-create meaning through experiential play. Team Enablement progresses from awareness, to application, to reflection.

You can explore our library of courses and training modules, created by Untapped and creators. The Learning Centre is designed to help you build practical skills across a range of topics through structured and self-paced learning experiences. Inside the Learning Centre you'll find our initial suite of SFIA training modules, Genius Armoury Cybersecurity Mastery Series, and our Be Your Best lived experience content. These topics are the beginning of a growing ecosystem that supports your development over time. Whether you're just starting your learning journey or expanding your existing knowledge, the Learning Centre will be a central resource for your continual development. Successful referrals require a verified email and they will automatically be added to your connection once complete.

You can now view any status updates relevant to your account by using the notification bell. Notifications provide updates across new connections, referrals, peer reviews, contact tickets, and much more! To keep things tidy, any notifications that you don't need anymore can be added to your archive as well.

You can now create an organisation profile on Untappedme and invite your team members to join. Organisations are ways to manage your team through a centralised portal. Whether you're interested in building your team's capability (SFIA, RIASEC, DigComp 3.0, etc.) or simply providing them with access to features such as Team Enablement, organisations are perfect for you! You may also set your organisation to invisible if you wouldn't like it to display publicly on Untappedme (i.e., keep your organisation hidden).

You can now invite new team members to join your organisation and assign them roles. Invite team members by using your organisation's unique access code. Share it with relevant team members and they can request to join your organisation. Team members gain access to your organisation's perks such as Team Enablement subscription, course, document, and article creators tools, as well unlocked content on the Learning Centre. Equally, team members sync with your organisation to update aggregate analytics across SFIA skills and other measurements. You can also allocate team members specific roles such as "admin" to assign them privileges and access to organisation settings.

You can now setup a centralised payment and billing method for your organisation. Content purchased on behalf of your organisation can use a single payment method managed through settings. This provides admins with a single access point to manage active subscriptions, purchases, and billing details.

You can now unlock the full potential of your workforce! SFIA Skills are now seamlessly integrated with organisations. This means that admins can go to the SFIA Skills Overview and see analytics for: - SFIA Skills Growth - SFIA Self-Assessment rates (e.g., 75%) - Total SFIA Self-Assessments (e.g., 340) In addition, all SFIA Skills are now ranked for your organisation (1 to 147). This provides admins with a snapshot of capability; strengths, gaps, and everything in between. Rank #1 is your organisation's strongest capability (e.g., Data Management | DATM), while Rank #147 is your organisation's weakest. Clicking on a SFIA Skill will open an analytics panel that identifies resourcing, trends, volatility, and correlating skills. This panel is ideal for admin who are planning projects and need to ascertain capability across departments and teams.
